ALUMNI COMMISSION

In 2020, the Alumni Commission is set up as a new body within the structure of the Olivaint Conference of Belgium, in addition to the Student Office and the Board of Directors.

Three objectives guide this Commission's work: to establish continuity for the "Olivainistes " over time, to reconnect the Alumni with each other, and to encourage intergenerational contacts.

The Commission includes four members, appointed for one year by the Board and whose mandate is renewable. In order to involve the other two bodies of the Olivaint Conference, the Student Office and the Board of Directors will be represented by one of their members. They shall participate fully in the functioning and decision-making of the Commission. Two members from Olivaint's large alumni community are also part of the Commission.

Four functions are distributed among the members of the Commission: logistics, treasury, newsletter, and communication. The decisions of the Commission are exclusively taken by consensus. 

From a practical point of view, the Commission's mission is to organise 2 events per year.

The Commission is fully involved in the preparations of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Belgian Olivaint Conference with a festive and significant event. The Commission is self-financed, funded by your participation in events.
